Q: Why choose Paquin’s Sweet Harmony?
A: Because our motto is: “Not only do our cookies look delightful, but they will delight your taste buds” Our secret

family recipe cookies are baked fresh daily. We take a great deal of pride in our work, treating each cookie like it was being sent to one of our biggest customers.

Our Cookies

Q:  Is there a detailed ingredient list for those with allergies?
A: Our cookies are made with the following natural ingredients: white wheat flour, butter, sugars, eggs, leavening,

and flavorings. Peanut butter is used on occasion in our bakery, however the cookies themselves do not contain any

kind of tree nut.  In some products food colorings may be used:  Blue 1,2 Yellow 5,6 Red 30.


Cakes may contain vegetable oil from soy, butter, other dairy products, eggs, white or brown sugars, flavorings,

wheat flours, soy lechithin as emulsifier, leavenings, Blue 1, Blue 2, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Red 30.


Q: How long will my cookies retain their quality and freshness?
A:It is recommended that you eat your cookies within 10 days of receiving them, to insure their best flavor.


Q: Can I request a customized bouquet arrangement that is not shown on your website?
A: Yes, you may contact our customer service team members for any customization to your order you desire.

Paquin's Sweet Harmony has over 750 cookie cutter shapes, so the possibilities are almost endless.  At Paquin's,

we want each cookie bouquet to be uniquely personalized to fit the recipient's personal interests, such as their

hobbies, occupation, etc.  That is another reason our bouquets are so special.


Q: Are any of your products sugar-free?
A: No, at this time, we do not offer any sugar-free products


Q: What if I am not satisfied with my cookies?
A: Paquin’s Sweet Harmony works very hard to ensure that our products taste as good as they look and are

packaged to arrive safe and sound to their final destination. We are confident our products and services will exceed

your expectations. However, if you are not totally satisfied, we want to know about it and will do whatever it takes

Shipping- (Cookies only)

Q: Who do you use as shipping carrier?
A: We ship all of our orders via United States Priority Mail.


Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: No, unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside the continental United States.


Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes


Q: Which days do you ship and deliver?
A: Paquin’s Sweet Harmony is open Monday through Friday and ships on each of those days unless it is a holiday.

Priority Mail delivers Monday through Saturday unless it is a holiday, in an average of 2 to 3 days.  At this time, we do

not offer next-day delivery, so please allow us sufficient time to process any orders.


Q: How are your cookies packaged to ensure they arrive safely?
A:Paquin’s takes every measure possible to insure that your bouquets arrive in excellent condition. We wrap each

cookie individually before it is put into your bouquet. Each bouquet is than protected with bubble wrap before we

shrink wrap it, and then it is packaged in styrofoam peanuts for delivery.

Placing an Order

Q: How far in advance can I place my order?
A: As early as you like, but we will bake your order and ship in on the scheduled ship day to ensure your order arrives fresh from the oven.


Q: If I place my order today, will it ship tomorrow?
A: Place an order before 11:00am Central Time today and your order will ship out the next business day (Monday

through Friday). Priority mail takes an average of 2 to 3 days to arrive at its destination.


Q: Can I send my order via fax or e-mail?
A: At this time we can only process your orders via e-mail or by calling us at 1-218-643-1161.


Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: Please call us at 1-218-643-1161 and we will assist you. If your order has not yet been baked, we will be able to

process a cancellation or make changes on your original order.


Q: Can you bill my company for corporate orders?
A: That option will be coming in the near future. Please call us at 1-218-643-1161 and let us know you are interested.
