Paquin’s Sweet Harmony offers fundraising options for local clubs and organizations.

Your club or group profits are based on a percentage of sales and will be determined by the following sales scale:

Gross Sales                             Percentage for the club

Up to $200                                        20%

$201 - $300                                      25%

$301 and up                                      30%

You can handle your fundraiser in one of 3 ways:

1)  You order a specific number of cookies baked up in advance and go out and sell them on the spot.  There would be no returns for any unsold cookies.  Your profit would be figured based on the chart listed above.

                                                or

2)  You decide on 3 to 4 different different cookie shapes and/or bouquets designs and we will print up a brochure that the group can use to show our cookies on a stick and take orders.  Paquin’s would need a guaranteed minimum to cover the cost of printing the brochures.  The sale would run approximately a week to 10 days.  We would need at least 1 to 2 weeks to get the orders processed, so if you were selecting cookies for a specific holiday you would need to plan the time frame of your sale accordingly.

Cookies on a Stick are priced as follows:

Small cookies approximately 1 oz. Per cookie                $1.50/cookie

Large Cookies approximately 4-5 oz. Per cookie             $4.00/cookie

Large Cookie with Message added                               $4.50/cookie

3) Sell Gift Certificates good toward future purchase of cakes, specialty cookies or holiday candies.  Certificates are available in increments of $10 or $25
